Soul Food Course

Deborah would like to draw to everyone’s attention to a course on prayer run by the Diocesan Spirituality Team.  It is called ‘Soul Food’ and is available in-person and on-line:

‘Soul Food’  is a course for anyone who wants to grow in prayer.

While there is a full in-person course running, potential participants may also want to do the course online. Over eight evenings and two Saturdays this spring, the group will explore and practice ways of praying, with awareness of the Christian prayer traditions and also of our own personalities and the ways God is calling us now. The course is open to all including beginners in prayer and those with longer experience.

If you would like more information have a word with Deborah or contact Charles Ruxton, Diocesan Spirituality Adviser. Details and an application form are on our website
